FAQs & care tips
Honest answers, walang bola
The questions we get every day on Messenger — answered the same way our techs would at your door.
How often should I have my aircon cleaned?
Every 3 to 6 months for most homes. If the unit runs daily — bedroom aircon, work-from-home setup — or you live near a busy road, lean closer to every 3 months. Kung weekend-use lang, every 6 months is fine. Regular cleaning keeps the unit efficient and catches small problems while they’re still small.
Basic cleaning vs. pulldown — which one do I need?
Basic cleaning covers the filters, coils, and casing — right for units that get cleaned regularly. A pulldown is the deep clean: we disassemble the blower and pressure-wash everything, with a water-catch cover so walang kalat. If it’s been more than a year, if airflow is weak, or may amoy pagbukas, go pulldown. Not sure? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly which one you need.
Magkakalat ba sa bahay?
Hindi po. A water-catch cover goes around the unit and floor protection goes under the work area before we open anything. We wipe down and pack up properly before we leave. Walang kalat, promise — it’s part of the workmanship guarantee.
How long does it take per unit?
45–90 minutes per unit. Basic cleaning is usually under an hour; a pulldown takes up to 90 minutes. For multiple units the team works in parallel where possible, so most homes are done in a single morning.
Do you service my aircon brand?
Almost certainly, yes — Carrier, Panasonic, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Kolin, Midea, TCL, Hitachi, Sharp, Condura, American Home, and more. Window type or split type, inverter or non-inverter. Unusual unit? Message us the model and we’ll confirm before booking.
My aircon isn’t cooling — do I need freon?
Usually, no — and this is where a lot of people get overcharged. Nine times out of ten, a unit that’s stopped cooling just needs a proper cleaning: dust-clogged coils block the heat exchange. Freon doesn’t get “used up” — kung kulang ang freon, may leak, and that’s a repair, not a top-up. We check first and tell you straight: kung linis lang ang kailangan, linis lang ang babayaran mo.
Do you handle condo work permits?
Yes. Just tell us your building when you book and we’ll prepare the work permit and gate pass requirements — we handle this weekly for condos across our service area. Allow one extra day of lead time for buildings with strict admin offices.
Are replacement parts brand new? Is there a warranty?
Always brand new, always with receipts — and covered by our 90-day repairs-and-parts warranty. We show you the old part that came out and the new part going in, so you know exactly what you paid for.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for offices?
Yes — PMS (preventive maintenance service) contracts for offices, shops, and clinics: scheduled quarterly cleaning for every unit, priority response when something breaks, and service reports your admin can file. Billing is monthly or quarterly. Message us for a free site visit and custom quote.
Can I book same-day service?
Usually, yes. Same-day or next-day slots are open most days, 8 AM–6 PM daily. Message before lunch and there’s a good chance a technician is already in your area that afternoon.
