Our promises

The three things everyone worries about

Mess, scams, and how long it takes. Here's where we stand on all three.

  • Walang kalat, promise

Water-catch covers and floor protection on every job. We wipe down before we leave — your sala stays presentable.

  • 45–90 minutes per unit

Basic cleaning usually takes under an hour; a pulldown up to 90 minutes. Most homes are done in one morning.

  • In uniform, with ID

TESDA-certified technicians in uniform with company ID — you always know who’s at your door.

  • Honest diagnosis

If your unit just needs cleaning, we won’t sell you freon. And if a unit isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you straight.

The honest math

A dirty aircon is quietly raising your Meralco bill

Dust on the coils and filter acts like a blanket over the parts that move heat out of your room. The unit still tries to hit your set temperature — so the compressor runs longer and works harder to deliver the same lamig.

Depending on how clogged the unit is, that typically means somewhere between 5% and 25% more electricity for the same cooling. For a unit that runs daily, a ₱900 cleaning often pays for itself within a bill or two.

We won’t promise an exact number — it depends on your unit, your usage, and how long since the last cleaning. What we can promise: a clean unit cools faster, runs quieter, and works less to hold the same temperature.

Word of mouth

What customers tell their neighbors

“Honestly in-expect ko magkakalat kasi pulldown, pero may cover sila sa unit and naka-plastic ’yung floor. Mas malamig pa siya ngayon kaysa nung bago. Sulit.”

“Sabi ng ibang shop kailangan ko daw ng freon, ₱2,500. Presko checked it and said, “Linis lang po kailangan, hindi freon.” ₱900 lang nagastos ko. Sila na ’yung aircon guys namin.”

“Our clinic runs six units na hindi pwedeng mag-down. Presko handles the quarterly cleaning with reports for our admin, and pag may issue, priority kami. Worth every peso.”

Quick answers

Bago ka mag-book, baka ito 'yung tanong mo

How often should I have my aircon cleaned?

Every 3 to 6 months for most homes. If the unit runs daily — bedroom aircon, work-from-home setup — or you live near a busy road, lean closer to every 3 months. Kung weekend-use lang, every 6 months is fine. Regular cleaning keeps the unit efficient and catches small problems while they’re still small.

Magkakalat ba sa bahay?

Hindi po. A water-catch cover goes around the unit and floor protection goes under the work area before we open anything. We wipe down and pack up properly before we leave. Walang kalat, promise — it’s part of the workmanship guarantee.

My aircon isn’t cooling — do I need freon?

Usually, no — and this is where a lot of people get overcharged. Nine times out of ten, a unit that’s stopped cooling just needs a proper cleaning: dust-clogged coils block the heat exchange. Freon doesn’t get “used up” — kung kulang ang freon, may leak, and that’s a repair, not a top-up. We check first and tell you straight: kung linis lang ang kailangan, linis lang ang babayaran mo.

Can I book same-day service?

Usually, yes. Same-day or next-day slots are open most days, 8 AM–6 PM daily. Message before lunch and there’s a good chance a technician is already in your area that afternoon.
